Tokyo, Oct 4, 2007 (Jiji Press) - Toyota Motor Corp. <7203> said Thursday it will release its new Lexus sports car in Japan on Dec. 25, a move aimed at bolstering the luxury car brand.
The new IS F boasts a newly developed 5,000-c.c. engine and a driving performance that includes enhanced acceleration power.
Toyota has paid special attention to detail, including engine sound, to ensure that owners can fully experience the joy of driving, said Vice President Akio Toyoda, who participated in the development of the model.
