Nissan prepare to launhcing new 7 models in UK
September 1st, 2008 — nissan
Nissan is launching a host of models over the next two years.
This month’s seven-seat Qashqai+2 is this year’s only major product news but it will be joined by at least six new vehicles by the end of 2010, and that’s without counting the diesel version of the Murano large 4×4.
October’s Paris motor show will see a concept for the sub-Micra city car due to be launched next year, 12 months in front of the new Micra. The supermini will also spawn a new small off-road-style model to sit below the successful Qashqai. On top of that, the new version of the Cube small MPV, a huge hit in Japan, is likely to be brought to Europe. Nissan is on the verge of confirming it will be launched in the UK late next year.
A 350Z replacement, called 370Z, is due in April, around the same time as the Porsche 911-baiting GT-R.
